Are there multiple trim levels?
Yes! The 2016 Honda Accord is offered as a two-door coupe and a four-door midsize sedan. The sedans equipped with the four-cylinder engine are available in LX, Sport, EX, and EX-L trims, while models equipped with the V6 engine are available in EX-L and Touring trims. The coupe equipped with the four-cylinder engine can be had in the LX-S, EX, and EX-L trims while the V6 coupe models come in EX-L and Touring trims. 

What comes under the hood?
Most models come powered by a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine that generates 185 horsepower and 181 lb-ft of torque. It comes paired to either a six-speed manual transmission or a continuously variable transmission (CVT). The other model available is a 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces 278 horsepower and 252 lb-ft of torque. It comes paired to a six-speed automatic transmission. All models feature front-wheel drive.  

Is it a safe car to drive?
Absolutely! In testing by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, it earned a perfect 5 Star Overall Rating as well as a perfect five star side-impact rating [1]. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety awarded the 2016 Honda Accord its top score of Good in all five crash test areas. Advanced safety options include the Honda Sensing package as well as a LaneWatch blind spot monitoring system.
